2. Services Offered

We provide the following marketing services:

• Lead Generation: Customised strategies to attract and convert qualified leads.

• Media Buying: Planning, purchasing, and optimising digital advertising space across multiple platforms.

Services may be customised on a case-by-case basis through written agreement.

3. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age;

• Have the authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of your company or organisation;

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

4. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to:

• Misuse the Site or Services;

• Attempt unauthorised access to systems or data;

• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for any misuse.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information;

• Cooperating with us during the campaign;

6. Fees and Payment

Fees for our Services are outlined in the proposal or agreement sent to you. Payment terms are typically:

• A set commission basis and/or revenue share on completed leads and/or sales.

• 50% deposit upfront (unless otherwise agreed);

• Remaining 50% upon completion or monthly as per retainer agreement.

Late payments may incur interest at 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, strategies, and campaigns developed by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the deliverables strictly for your business purposes.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all information disclosed in relation to the Services that is not publicly known, and not to disclose it to any third party without written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Any indirect, special, or consequential loss;

• Loss of business, profits, data, or reputation;

• Acts or omissions of third-party platforms or media partners.

Our total liability for any claim under these Terms will not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Services in the preceding 3 months.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms;

• Your misuse of the Services;

• Any materials or content you provide.

11. Termination

We may terminate our agreement at any time with 14 days’ notice, or immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

• You must pay any outstanding invoices;

• Any usage rights for content or campaigns cease unless otherwise agreed.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site or Services constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
